Anglia Care Coordinators can assist you by
Co-ordinating all these events.
We will:
Arrange, if required, through an independent care advisor, the most suitable care for you, whether in sheltered accommodation or in residential or nursing care.
Arrange the sale of your property through a registered NAEA approved Estate Agent and get the right price for your property at specially negotiated terms.
Arrange the conveyancing for the sale of your property.
Arrange the valuation and sale of personal items and furniture no longer required, and ensure that your property is cleared sympathetically and that all items which are to be kept are delivered to the right person or placed in storage.
Deal sympathetically with the disposal of personal items and furniture of no value.
Ensure that you have full legal advice on any changes required to your Will, arrange the creation of an Enduring Power of Attorney and all the issues that can arise if you are assessed as to whether you should have some or all of the care fees paid by the Local Authority or the National Health Service.
Arrange the finances to pay for your care through an Independent Financial Advisor who is a fully qualified long term care specialist.
Fully update you and/or your family, at regular intervals, as to progress in these matters.
Provide you and/or your family with a final statement of transactions taken on your behalf.
Anglia Care Coordinators will take the responsibility to ensure that your move into care is stress free for you and your family and that a helpline is available to all concerned.
