An Initial fee of £500 (non refundable deposit) is payable in anticipation of our
services. On successful completion of our work for you our schedule of charges will show a
credit of £500.
Gold Service - £1250.00* plus a monthly fee of £30.00 a month
Initial meeting
2nd & 3rd meeting
Arranging solicitor
Arranging Care Package with qualified Care Assessor, looking at possible care/nursing
homes/sheltered accommodation.
Instructing estate agent
Valuations of personal items and furniture
Supervising the clearance of property
Arranging the finances to cover care and personal costs.
Arrange an updating service for you with all the above.
Continuing supervision and two meetings a year.
